Annie Pootoogook

I like this Annie Pootoogook's work. I can imagine myself making drawings of the scenes of my life - this is a drawing of her grandmother I found this at fehelyfinearts.com
Annie Pootoogook (1969 - )

1. MY GRANDMOTHER, PITSEOLAK, DRAWING
2001/02, Pencil, Ink, Pencil Crayon, 18.25 x 20.5"

When Pitseolak Ashoona was bedridden in her final years, her granddaughter visited and watched her draw. The senior artist told young Annie that some day she too would draw. "Now I can," Annie states proudly. Pitseolak's drawings from forty years ago provide valuable witness to her times; in the future, Annie's work will be similarly treasured.

My web page needs help

I have the software (dreamweaver) but I don't know how to use it. I was using GoLive. Maybe someone will want to trade me for a nice big painting.

Blogging for news

I'm going to try to use this blog for my news for a while now instead of news.htm at my website... We'll see how it goes - ease of use - etc.
I like the blog, because it has the RSS feature, which makes it easy to find out if anything new has been posted.
